Начиталась я негативных отзывов и думаю, ну неужели отель в котором мы были в июне 2023 года так сильно испортился?????Отдыхали в этом отеле в июне 2023 года, посмотрев нашумевший ролик в интернете про этот отель за 55 000 на двоих на 10 дней)))))))) Решили рискнуть, понимали куда едем, почитали про Кубу, про их менталитет, про все то, как устроена их жизнь, сервис и тд. Одно разочарование.

Мы прилетели на Кубу второй раз,первый раз были на Варадеро,нам очень понравилось. Первый шок был тогда, когда узнали , что весь самолёт, практически 500 человек, прилетели и едут в наш отель. Мы приехали в отель и представляете ,там очередь с улицы. Мы простояли около 1,5 часов в очереди и наконец дошла наша очередь, оказывается, принимающая сторона то и русский язык не знает... Пишу отзыв спустя долгое время после поездки, когда все негативные впечатления подзабылись и улеглись. Хочется ли мне вернуться в этот отель к океану? Если честно, думаю, да. Морально подготовленной, с опытом:)

Очень надеюсь, что этот отзыв будет полезным и максимально объективным.
Теперь по порядку.
Начнем с того, что я никогда ничего не планирую, отпуск закончился , вышла на работу и сразу улетела в командировку в мск. Командировка скучная, неинтересная, нужно возвращаться домой, а свалить в настоящий отпуск очень хотелось.

Отель рекомендую! Отдыхали вдвоём с мужем и провели прекрасные две недели. На Кубе мы не в первый раз и нам есть с чем сравнить. Отель для Кубы очень достойный!
1.Питание
Совершенно не понимаю негативных отзывов. Еды море! Свинина, баранина, телятина, рыба. Кусковое мясо и рыбу жарят при вас. Морепродуктов нет. Специй вполне достаточно, соусов большое количество. Для нас было очень вкусно....

Отдыхали 12 дней в данном отеле. Общее впечатление на 6 баллов. Не могу сказать, что мы привередливые. Однако, есть явные минусы, но и плюсы тоже.

Начну с плюсов. Океан и пляж это самый большой плюс отеля. Не смотря на то, что весь отдых были волны, вода чистая, цвет бирюзовый, очень красиво. Пляж с белым песком, где-то встречались камни, но их легко можно обойти и далее нет камней совсем....

Начну с того, что в данном отеле отдыхали не первый раз. Впервые посетили Playa Hermosa парой в мае 2023 года и остались нескончаемо довольны, поэтому вопрос о том, где провести зимний отпуск с детьми не стоял.

Отдых на новый год

Рекомендую для тех, кто любит ром, т.к. его щедро наливают в баре в пластиковые стаканчики, если хотите в стекло, берите свои чашки.
В плохую погоду нечем заняться.
Была проблема с водой в номере, не было ни горячей, ни холодной сутки. Персонал разводи руками, а на рецепшн посылали к сервисному инженеру, который сидит в углу основного зала и огрызается на просьбу исправить проблему....

На Кубе мы были впервые, отдыхали в отеле с 11.09 по 22.09.
Выбрали новый отель, по отзывам все было отлично. Но спустя неделю покупки тура рейтинг отеля резко упал, сплошные негативные отзывы. Немного расстроились, но решили все равно лететь.

Большое разочарование(

Мы отдыхаем на Кубе первый раз парой без детей.
Конечно, прежде, чем выбрать отель, мы внимательно изучили отзывы и ко многому были готовы, сразу понимали, что сервис и питание будут очень специфическими. Но отель все равно смог нас удивить ( в негативном ключе).
Что касается заселения, то нам повезло. Начитавшись отзывов, мы одни из первых вышли из самолета, получили багаж и успели сесть...

Первое что нужно знать - отель чисто для русских, в отеле нет не одного гостя иностранца. (Для кого-то это будет важно). Поэтому отель битком. Народу много и создается ощущение что ты не на кубе, а в Анапе.

Сам отель, визуально красивый, светлый, много локаций для фото в Инстаграмм.

Пляж: хотелось бы лучше, по территории пляжа отеля буквально метр от захода в воду, лежит огромный...

Замечательный отдых и отель!

Видимо, мой отзыв будет самым объективным. На мой взгляд у отеля и Кубинцев нет проблем, точнее не так, у них одна проблема- русские туристы.Честно говоря, не увидела проблем с сервисом или ленью, отсутствием еды. Этого нет от слова совсем! Есть одна беда - наши соотечественники, которые по ходу умирают за 10 дней от отсутствия яиц и готовы убить соседа за тарелку. На самом деле все просто...

Отдыхали на Кайо-коко в отеле Wowo playa hermosa в декабре. Отель очень понравился, только яркие и положительные эмоции от отдыха. Номера новые, убирают каждый день, полотенца меняют если попросить. Оставляли на кровати небольшие подарочки в виде шоколадок, нам делали разные фигуры из полотенец. Мелочь, но всем приятно. В номере есть фен, пляжные полотенца. Кофемашиной и телевизором не...

Куба моя любовь

На Кубе не в первый раз, хочу сказать что очень переживала за отзывы которые пошли после моей покупки тура, а покупала за пол года до вылета т.е еще летом . Покупала не так как многие 150-160 на двоих , а в два раза дороже . Отдыхали семьей 2 взрослых и трое детей , отдыхом очень довольны, начиная от заселения где не пришлось стоять 3 часа на стойке, а максимум минут 20 . По питанию было...

Прекрасная куба

Всем привет .Мы отдыхали с 26.11-09.12 семьей нас было 13 человек и на Кубе мы уже четвёртый раз .Были в Варадеро,но в этот раз мы решили сменить обстановку и полететь на эту часть острова .Могу сказать ,что нам здесь очень понравилось!!!
Пляж просто великолепный! Белый песок, за время отдыха мы прогуливались ,искали ракушки …плавали на каяках находили морских звёзд ,видели большого...

Берите хорошее настроение и отличный отдых вам обеспечен...

Самое первое и положительные впечатление об отеле произвела встреча нас с командой аниматоров, выходя с автобуса парни встречали нас зажигательными танцами 💃
На входе был предложен бокальчик прохладного свежевыжатого сока 😍

С этих ярких и положительных эмоций и начался мой отдых 🏖💦

Летела на Кубу с мыслями , что буду чилить на шезлонге , но не тут то было...

На Кубе все не однозначно….

Отдыхали в октябре большой компанией. Для меня это первый опыт отдыха на Кубе. Я знала, что отдых на Кубе отличается в силу обстоятельств от большинства туристических направлений и была к этому готова.
Итак, отель:
Да, отель новый, 2019 года постройки, но в связи с ковидом, до этого года не эксплуатировался. Обслуживающий персонал кубинцы, а менеджмент, приглашенные турецкие сотрудники....
