Palm Beach Resort is located in the northern part of Hurghada, in the Al Ahyaa area, directly on the Red Sea coast — a peaceful location with direct access to the beach.
Approximately 15 km from Hurghada International Airport — about 20 minutes by individual transfer from the hotel.
The duration of a group transfer provided by the tour operator and the route depend on the planned guest drop-off schedule at the hotels.

Food and beverages are included in the tour package from 14:00 on the first day (the date indicated on the hotel voucher) until 12:00 on the last day (the date indicated on the hotel voucher).
- The arrival day starts with lunch.
- The departure day ends with breakfast.
Important information:
- In case of early arrival (on the hotel check-in day), the All-Inclusive wristband is provided from 10:00.
- For early arrival (before 10:00), guests may use the breakfast service for an additional charge.
- If guests arrive at the hotel during lunchtime (before 15:00 on the check-in day), lunch on the departure day is not included in the tour package. Lunch can be purchased for an additional charge.
- If guests arrive in the afternoon (after 15:00 on the check-in day) and have not had lunch, they may have lunch on the last day (lunch from the arrival day will be transferred to the departure day).
- Missed meals during the stay at the hotel (breakfast, lunch, dinner) due to excursions or other circumstances cannot be transferred, used, or credited on the departure day.
- If excursions / late arrival (after 00:00) / early airport departure (before 07:00) are planned, light snack packages (snack boxes) can be ordered.
For this, it is necessary to contact the reception desk on the day before the arrival/departure/excursion.

The payment amount depends on currency exchange rate fluctuations and is calculated based on the exchange rate on the day of payment.

Late check-out is possible subject to room availability and is provided for an additional charge.

The hotel has a private sandy beach equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
The beach has a gently sloping and safe entrance into the water, making it ideal for swimming for guests of all ages, including children and elderly guests.
Fine sand, an even seabed, and the absence of sudden changes in depth provide comfortable and safe swimming.
There is no shallow-water area — the depth increases gradually but becomes sufficient relatively close to the shore, which is especially convenient for families with children.
Tides in this area are weak and do not cause discomfort for guests at any time of the year.

Standard/Superior Double/Triple Rooms are designed for a maximum of three main sleeping places.

Recommendation:
For maximum comfort of the whole family, the optimal choice is the Family Room category — this is the most convenient option for a full and comfortable holiday.
