Hello! We'll come to your hotel in 2 weeks. There are few questions: 1. We bought 2 standard rooms, but we're one family of 5 persons. Tour operator didn't suggest us one big room. Can we have one at arrival? 2. is there a bar with children menu at the beach (fried potatoes, pizza, salads...) 3. Is there ice-cream in the hotel? 4. How deep is the sea near the pontoon? are children 10-11 years old allowed to swim there by themselves? 5. is there a flat sea entrance from the beach? 6. I've read in few reviews that it's allowed to use Aloha infrastructure. Is it true? Thank you. I'll be grateful for the prompt response.

Здравствуйте! Едем с семьей к вам в отель отдыхать в начале июня. Хотим взять с собой цифровой фотоаппарат, т.к. судя по отзывам есть где себя запечатлить. Возник вопрос о хранении фотоаппарата. Можно ли узнать размеры сейфа и/или есть ли в отеле дополнительное место для хранения ценных вещей? Если да то какова его цена в сутки?

Здравствуйте! Мы собираемся в Ваш отель с маленьким ребенком. На территории отеля есть ли возможность передвигаться на коляске, удобно ли будет с ней ходить на пляж и в рестораны, бары? Бывает так, что весь отель в ступеньках, а пологих спусков нет. Как у Вас с этим?
